Maintenance and safety inspection
As part of our maintenance service, we regularly inspect heating chambers, ovens, and heating systems for functionality and safety—ranging from checking temperature limiters and calibrating sensors to visually inspecting the interior. This ensures your equipment remains safe to operate and efficient in the long term.
Spare parts and repairs
For repairs and ongoing operations, we stock spare parts for our systems and supply safety-critical components on short notice to keep downtime to a minimum.
Overhaul of existing systems
For older systems, we offer comprehensive overhauls: We restore existing heating chambers and ovens to perfect technical condition, thereby extending their service life—often far more cost-effectively than purchasing new equipment.
Retrofitting and Modernization
In addition, we carry out targeted retrofits and modernize individual assemblies in line with the latest technology—such as control systems, fans, doors, or heating elements. This allows existing systems to benefit from greater reliability, improved energy efficiency, and state-of-the-art safety technology.
Rental units for temporary needs
For short-term or temporary needs—such as capacity bottlenecks, equipment failures, or testing phases—we also offer rental chambers that can be used flexibly and without long-term investment.
